Music lovers of vintage songs cannot forget late music director S N Tripathi, who created immortal melodies like Aa laut ke aja mere meet (Rani Roopmati), Jhoomti chali hawa, Badli badli duniya hai meri (Sangeet Samrat Tansen), Zara saamne to aao chhaliye (Janam Janam Ke Phere), Na kisi ki ankh ka noor hoon (Lal Qila) and Parwar digar-e-aalam (Hatimtai).

S N Tripathi was a man of multidimensional quality. He was a composer, an actor, a poet, a writer, and what not! S N Tripathi was one of the selected music directors who never left the pure Indian accent in their songs. He had a great flair and understanding for the Indian classical music which is very well reflected in his compositions.
