On the 10th death anniversary (28/07/13) of Jagdish Raj, we fondly remember the quintessential police officer of generations in Hindi cinema.

Anyone who loves Hindi films knows Jagdish Raj, even if they may not be familiar with his name. Interestingly, Jagdish Raj Khurana also holds a Guinness World Record for being the most type-cast actor, having played a police inspector in a whopping 144 films! His first stint as a policeman was in Raj Khosla’s movie “C.I.D.”
