The team of Bombay Talkies with journalists and special guests for the preview show of 1937 film “Savitri” at their Malad studios.
The lead artist is the German photographer Joseph Wirsching. In the foreground are founder Himansu Rai & Rai Bahadur Chunilal. Seated to the right of Himansu Rai is Niranjan Pal. The great K A Abbas was a journalist then and can be seen standing 2nd from left.
