The movie was directed by K. Bapaiah. It stars Ashok Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Jeetendra, Zeenat Aman and Jaya Prada with music composed by R. D. Burman. The film is a remake of the Telugu movie Devudu Chesina Manushulu
